Kristin Fischer is currently the head of Human Resources for Amgen Global Research.

Kristin joined Amgen in 2004 and has held HR leadership roles within Amgen’s operations in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Kristin was recently the head of Human Resources for Amgen’s commercial and research and development sites in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Prior to joining Amgen, Kristin held roles in human resources and organizational development working in the specialty healthcare sector.

Kristin holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and received her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Kristin, her husband and two daughters reside in Ventura, California.
