Urszula Abbassi joined Kite Pharma (https://kitepharma.com/) in September 2020 as the Early Talent Lead. As an experienced campus recruiting practitioner, Urszula took on the development of Early Talent and Campus Recruiting strategy to attract, engage and recruit talent into Kite. Urszula has a sincere passion for working with Early Talent professionals and leverages her progressive experience of 15+ years to apply strategic approaches when recruiting and retaining top diverse talent within Kite. Before joining Kite, Urszula spent 12 years with ADP RPO being dedicated to support Talent Acquisition operations at Amgen. During her tenure at ADP, she worked in a variety of roles that have afforded her the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience with strategic campus and professional recruiting operations. In her most recent role, she led University Relations and Recruiting Operations teams supporting Amgen. Urszula graduated with a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland.

Her aptitude for identifying and recruiting talent will be beneficial for individuals looking for potential industry jobs and applications after graduation. Urszula’s experience in creating and addressing long-term strategies will be beneficial for prospective students to hear an industry professional’s outlook on the direction of the necessary skills to develop as a recent graduate.
