Curriculum

The curriculum of this certificate program is designed with postdoctoral fellows and K- scholar or equivalent eligible clinician-scientists in mind.  Scheduling is conducive to the needs of these professionals who would be taking courses on a part-time basis while they continue to pursue their research and clinical training and to remain in good standing with the sponsoring mentor. 

Students will take 14 units of graduate course work that have not been used previously for any other degree or certificate program.

ACADEMIC STANDARD

A graduate GPA of at least 3.0 is required at all times. Any student whose graduate GPA falls below 3.0 will be placed on academic probation. Students on academic probation who do not raise their GPA to 3.0 after two semesters of written notification of academic probation will be academically disqualified.
